The role of Professional Services is to ensure the successful implementation of the Thesis software suite. We pride ourselves on the range and expertise of our Professional Services staff which allow us to maximise the benefits, align with existing services and reduce the administrative load in education institutions across our core demographics.

For all of our implementations we use our own implementation methodology known as the Higher Education Models (HEM). This methodology allows institutions to take a huge step forward by leveraging the standards and processes common across the education landscape. Our knowledge and experience within the Professional Services organisation has ensured that we recognise the differences across our geographic markets to ensure we adapt and align our delivery to maximum effect.
